I am a retired teacher of special education with a strong background in helping others, advocating for their needs, and working with families and agencies. I have developed programs within the Tucson community, and assisted families in meeting the needs of their children. As a teacher, I promoted volunteer activities for my students, including working with seniors in the community.
      My background as a dedicated educator has led me to establish my own helping business. Most of my services are geared to senior citizens, but are available to everyone in need. I strongly believe that every person should be given the opportunity to live as independently as possible. Mike's Helping Hand provides services within the community and the home that help make that possible. I also understand what it means to be a caregiver and offer my services to provide respite to caregivers of the elderly and disabled.
